Delivery & Permit Information
Delivery
Delivery for on-lot buildings is 10-15 business days, and 25-30 Business days (weather and business flow pending) for customer builds. A delivery professional will contact you in a few days to schedule your delivery date and time.
Free delivery also applies to custom builds if the customer is located up to 50 miles away from the dealer’s lot.
Premier Buildings is not responsible for permits, code restrictions, damage to yards, driveways, or underground utilities. It is up to the customer to ensure that ground conditions are suitable.
Pressure-Treated Wooden Blocks for leveling up to 18 inches are provided. Concrete blocks may be used but must be provided by the customer.
Permit Information
Premier Buildings is not responsible for building permits and homeowner’s association rules and covenants. It is up to the customer to get permits prior to placing an order.
Customers should be aware of any setbacks and right of ways on property. Customers will incur charges if Premier has to come back and move your building.
